Mmmmm…nothing like a fresh cup of coffee to get your day going. I’m sure you’d have an even better day if it were a fancy cappuccino or latte, but sometimes you just don’t have the time to wait in an overpriced coffee shop line. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to not have to step out of your house for a cup of coffee? With a built-in coffee machine, you CAN have a gourmet brew within minutes in the comfort of your own home!
Before we start, let’s get one question out of the way.
You may be thinking, “I have my pod coffee machine that makes a perfectly fine cup of coffee, why do I need this?”
Pod systems are great, but you can totally customize your cup with your own preferred freshly ground coffee with a Miele and Bosch coffee system.
Today, we’ll explore & compare both the Bosch and Miele built-in coffee machines, and let you decide which you’d prefer in your home!
Bosch vs. Miele Coffee Systems

Nothing like not having to fight over what type of beverage you want.
Brews – 1 or two cups at a time.
Coffee pot option – Produces 8 cups
Plumbed – Direct water connection. A reservoir model is also available.
The best feature of the Miele? Having the ability to a run a direct water line to the unit. Being plumbed means there is no need to refill the reservoir or worry about how long the water has been sitting in it. This ensures new water is being used every time for the perfect cup!
Their milk containment system on the Miele is a lot easier to use as well. Just take the pre-filled bottle from the fridge and click into the machine when you’re ready to use it. Bosch, on the other hand, has a straw type system requiring set up.
In reality, the only comparison is the Wi-Fi voice-driven ability of Bosch versus the straightforward simplicity of the Miele.
Long story short, it’s always up to you and your preference! Both are amazing products, but there’s a right one for you! Head over to our showroom, where you can actually try out the Miele built-in right in our fully functioning Miele kitchen display.
See you next time, when we explore more products for you!
